The Cause and Fix of Fatigue

There are many causes of fatigue and many symptoms as well. What you need to find out is what is causing your fatigue. We need to first ask.

"What kind of fatigue do you have?"

Do you wake up exhausted, despite a good" nights sleep and feel fatigued all day?  or

Do you feel an underlying fatigue all day, take an afternoon nap that helps, but only temporarily? or

Do you have "brain" fatigue?

If you experience any of the above, I can tell you, you likely have some level of organ dysfunction, If you have some level of organ dysfunction, I can guarantee you also have some level of nutritional deficiency. Nutrients are fuel for our organs. Magnesium deficiency can cause fatigue, it can also be associated with chocolate cravings. Iodine deficiency can cause thyroid dysfunction, and therefore fatigue as well as other symptoms. A deficiency of Vitamin C can cause the adrenal glands to function less well and therefore cause fatigue. The fat soluble form of Vitamin A is essential for any vitamin or mineral to be utilized by the body. So on some level, a deficiency of Vitamin A, can cause multiple mineral and vitamin deficiencies.

The question then becomes, what is the root cause of your fatigue. In answering that, you can now find the right solution and finally fix your fatigue, once and for all.
