BREAKFAST

BAKED OMELET MUFFIN
Ingredients:
-
9 whole large eggs
-
1/4 teaspoon of salt
-
Black pepper
-
3 strips cooked & chopped bacon
-
Add any vegetables to your liking (spinach, onions, tomatoes, peppers, etc.)
-
Shredded cheese (optional)
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.) Crack and mix eggs with all ingredients
3.) Pour ingredients into a non stick pan
4.) Sprinkle cheese on top after mixture is in the pan (optional)
5.) Bake 20-25 minutes until set
